ISIT-BE is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the website, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden, except with the prior written authorisation of ISIT-BE.

Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted.

ISIT-BE cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the https://isit-be.org website.

The personal data collected within the framework of the services offered on our site are processed according to secure protocols and allow ISIT-BE to manage the requests received in its computer applications.

Statistics and audience measurement : MATOMO

This site deposits cookies only via the Matomo service (hosted on our own servers at OVH) in order to measure the audience of our platforms (e.g.: number of visits, duration of visits, pages visited, origin of visits, etc.).

This anonymous measurement is intended for internal use and to report to our members and partners on the scope of ISIT-BE’s actions.

Use and transmission of your personal data

For users who subscribe to our newsletter, we store the personal data indicated in the registration form linked to our website. All users can request to view, modify or delete their personal information at any time. The site managers can also view and modify this information.
