On the intervention
Advertising is the basis of our capitalist society. Incentives to (over)consume, creation of artificial needs, promotion of products that are harmful to the planet or to society. The evils are numerous. Like all sectors, however, it will be essential for advertising to reinvent itself to meet the climate challenges of this century. Perhaps even more so than other sectors, given its power and its ability to reach the greatest number of people.

In this presentation, we will discuss the key steps for making advertising compatible with the ecological transition. Selection of products and services, creation of new communication ideals, strict prohibition of greenwashing and limitation of carbon impact are necessary measures to achieve this and will be discussed during this webinar
